{"id":107,"date":"2015-11-20T14:06:45","date_gmt":"2015-11-20T14:06:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovativedk.wpengine.com\/?p=107"},"modified":"2020-11-03T21:12:53","modified_gmt":"2020-11-03T21:12:53","slug":"task-resource-management-module","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.innovative.dk\/en\/newsevents\/task-resource-management-module\/","title":{"rendered":"Task &#038; Resource Management Module"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With\u00a0Innovative Security Manager\u2122 (ISM) we also launch a Task and Resource Management Module, which makes it possible to create different types of tasks and then assign these to Global Units \u2013 either manually or automatically.<br \/>\r\n <br \/>\r\n When the time for the scheduled task arrives, the task automatically appears in the overview of the scheduled tasks, which have not been activated yet.\u00a0<br \/>\r\n The operator can then handle the task as any other alarm\/task.\u00a0<br \/>\r\n <br \/>\r\n Using the new Task &amp; Resource Management Module, you can create different types of tasks, such as:\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Scheduled task (e.g. Patrol Building A every Monday at 1PM)<\/li>\r\n<li>Ad-hoc tasks<\/li>\r\n<li>Follow-up tasks<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>The automatic dispatch feature is very advanced and is controlled by our new way of handling instructions. Among other things it enables you to generate alarms based on event codes as well as create expressions, which determine the best suited Global Unit based on, say, workshift or distance to the task.<br \/>\r\n <br \/>\r\n To each task you can also add a &#8220;task advisory&#8221;, which automatically sends a notification to the Global Unit a number of minutes prior to actual task activation.<br \/>\r\n <br \/>\r\n You can also add a &#8220;random interval&#8221; to the task.
