Their solution also\u00a0includes our fleet management module, which tracks and communicates with all\u00a0vehicles and mobile devices in real-time.<\/p>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div class=\"contentInTwoCol\">\r\n            <p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Challenge<\/strong><br \/>\r\n                 A reorganisation at the National Police brought some challenges and requirements that were met thanks to the acquisition of Innovative Security Manager<span class=\"st\">\u2122<\/span>, including:\r\n            <\/p>\r\n            <ul>\r\n                <li>Consistent and documented handling of 1-1-2 alarms, personal protection alarms from\u00a0correctional facilities\u00a0and alarms from their own buildings<\/li>\r\n                <li>Correct automatic measurement of response times<\/li>\r\n                <li>Registration of the police presence in different parts of the country<\/li>\r\n                <li>Verification of burglar alarms at stations not manned after working hours<\/li>\r\n                <li>Tracking information for mobile devices<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n            <p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Solution<\/strong><br \/>\r\n                 Since the first installation at the National Police control centers in 2004, ISM<span class=\"st\"> <\/span>has been a crucial component for handling 112 alarms, assault alarms from local prisons and theft alarms from own unmanned buildings.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n            <p>As further needs were arising, the solution was developed with new additional modules to meet those needs.<\/p>\r\n            <p><strong>Innovative Security Manager<\/strong><span class=\"st\">\u2122<\/span><strong> features<\/strong><\/p>\r\n            <ul>\r\n                <li>Alarm receiving and handling<\/li>\r\n                <li>Dispatch module<\/li>\r\n                <li>Fleet management<\/li>\r\n                <li>UVP video module<\/li>\r\n                <li>interGATE in mobile devices<\/li>\r\n                <li>integration of Motorola ICCS<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n            <p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Results<\/strong><br \/>\r\n                 Innovative Security Manager<span class=\"st\">\u2122<\/span> secured automatic measurement of response times at the police and therefore could reveal an improvement in their response times.
