As interVIEW is often the main system at our customers', it is of vital significance that the system is run properly and that the system always matches the latest functionality requirements and requirements about stability.
In connection with the system deleverance we also offer our customers a service agreement that includes support as well as free updates of the system.

The agreement includes the following:

Hotline support
On-site support via remote connection
Error correction
Influence on further development issues
Invitations for User group meetings
Program updates

We offer normal service during office hours but the service can be expanded to 24-hour service.

The service agreement with IBS means launching a partnership.
