Business Software A/S (IBS) has been developing and producing software for the
alarm industry for 27 years and is today one of the leading alarm handling software
suppliers in the world.
Our goal is to provide up-to-date and high-quality
software, thus contributing to increased customer productivity and profitability.
Our
products are used for handling burglar, fire and elevator alarms, panic and emergency
calls (112) as well as all types of technical alarms. We also produce solutions
for network and application monitoring.
We focus on developing standard
software solutions capable of fulfilling our many customers' vastly differing
needs through configuration and parameter control.
The basic requirement is
that our products run optimally 24 hours a day all year round. We develop our
products on the basis of customer needs and state-of-the-art technology and with
special focus on safety, up-time, flexibility and user-friendliness.
Our
main customers include alarm receiving centres and emergency centres in both public
and private companies. We also have agents who retail, distribute and provide
services in relation to our products in Denmark as well as in other countries.
