possible for the Alarm Receiving Centres to see the location of all defibrillators
in Denmark and to guide to the nearest available.

2009: Very stable economy and great creditworthiness Again
this year Innovative Business Software A/S has been rewarded AAA-credit- rating
which reflects the highest credit rating by the Danish credit-rating agency, Soliditet
A/S Only 8.165 companies equivalent to 3,8 % of the companies with accountability
in Denmark have made it through the eye of the needle this year. The AAA rating
is given to companies with a very stable economy and in particular being able
to meet current liabilities to pay.

In
November 2009, interVIEW was certified for use within the Danish TETRA platform
for digital emergency communication, known as "SINE". The integration
between interVIEW and SINE consists of three new interfaces on our position server: MotoLocator

19 2007: IBS has in co-operation with the Danish National Police carried out
a pilot project with interVIEW fleet
for the alarm monitoring centre at Odense Police. TV2
FYN shows a result of this project. The Danish Police has, after this
successful pilot project, decided to implement interVIEW fleet in all patrol
vehicles and all district alarm receiving centres outside Copenhagen. Aug.

interVIEW for medical emergency coordination in Region South AMK SOUTH
(Medical Emergency Coordination), which is handled by Odense University Hospital,
is now ready to receive electronic alarms on interVIEW. The system enables AMK
to send the injured to the hospital with the right resources. Furthermore the
system sends early warnings to the local hospitals and in this way prepare them
to receive the casualties. MEC is coordinating the medical emergency management
for the hospitals in Odense, Svendborg, Vejle, Horsens, Kolding, Esbjerg and Åbenrå.

The 2004 Homeland and Global Security Summit: Export drive to USA. In
continuation of IBS's supply to The Danish police and the Danish Emergency Management
Agency IBS participates on the Danish stand on "The 2004 Homeland and Global
Security Summit" in Washington on March 31- April 1, 2004. The attendance
is taking place in cooperation with the Dansk Industri, the Trade Commission of
Denmark, and the Danish - American Business Forum. For more information please

interVIEW controls the sirens: The Danish Emergency Management Agency
has readjusted the Danish siren system. Sirens are now activated, tested, and
maintained by interVIEW. 01-12-03
EENA 2003: IBS presented the Danish 1-1-2 solution on the "First
European 1-1-2 Conference and Exhibition in Brussels" organised by "European
Emergency Number Association". The purpose of the conference was to establish
a forum for all who had interest in improving the European 1-1-2 service, emergency
force, operators, organisations, companies, and politicians. IBS is member of
the organisation and contributed to the conference with a speech about the new
1-1-2 system in Denmark and presented the system on the belonging exhibition.
The presentation was received positively and was emphasized as a good example
for the rest of Europe. In the same time the conference gave an insight into the
future challenges regarding further development of 1-1-2 solutions. The conference

interVIEW controls sirens for the Danish Emergency Management Agency:
The Danish Emergency Management Agency is readjusting the management of the Danish
siren system. In the future sirens will be activated, tested, and maintained by

Turnover up by 40%: The annual accounts for 2002 show a turnover of
DKK 8,083,000, corresponding to a rise by just over 40% on 2001. Net profit came

International user-group meeting: An international user-group meeting
was held in Copenhagen. Once again, the dialogue was positive and we received
significant input for future development activities. We hope that the participants
found the meeting useful. A decision was made to continue the division into an
international and Danish user-group meeting. The next meeting will be held in

Implementation: As the last of the Danish police's alarm centrals, the
central in Esbjerg was deployed today. The central covers the counties of Ribe
and Vejle, while that of Sønderjylland is likely to be connected in June
2003. By then, all police centrals should run the 112 software. 24-03-03
Implementation: To meet the need for immediate alarm of the emergency
services to be activated in connection with an accident on the Great Belt Link,
a 112 alarm extension was today put into operation at Slagelse police station.
The system replaces the previous telephone alarm. In future, the alarm will be
electronic in the same way as the emergency services are alarmed in case of a
112 call to an alarm central. 01-01-03
Service agreements: As a result of a change in TDC's service concept
for alarm receiving centres, TDC has cancelled a number of service agreements
with users of IBS products. The majority of these customers have therefore signed
a service agreement directly with us. We look forward to mutually beneficial cooperation

Annual user-group meeting for Danish customers: We thank all the participants
at this meeting for coming. The main theme of this meeting was "interVIEW
functionality today". IBS demonstrated the new functions and software potential.
The user group was then given time for discussion, presentation of new ideas and,
not least, exchange of experience. IBS also presented the 112 Alarm receiving
function that is available now in interVIEW, security routines and user-defined

that the meeting supposed to take place on 24 October 2002 is cancelled. The meeting

User-group meeting: Based on the response from the previous meeting held
last year, we have decided to arrange two user-group meetings - an international
and one for the Danish customers. The international meeting will be held in English
and will, of course, be open to our Danish customers. The Danish meeting will

the group by hiring an experienced software developer. Erik Møller worked
for IBS during the period 1985-90. During the period afterwards, Erik Møller
worked in the United States with development and implementation of large-scale

Larsen as Project Manager. Jens Larsen, MA, has 10 years' experience in planning

Employment: To attend to our book-keeping department, we have hired Vivi
Mønsted as at today. Vivi Mønsted is an experienced accountant to

Employment: IBS has re-hired Stig A. Porsgaard. Stig A. Porsgaard was
employed with IBS during the period 1995-1998. Stig A. Porsgaard is a civil engineer
and will be a member of our development team. He will take up his position on

New agreement: Today, TDC Teledanmark and IBS have signed an agreement
on the development and supply of a new programs and database to the Danish police's

Deployment: As the first of the Danish Police's alarm centrals - the

We have expanded our working force with a new function. Annette Bindesbøll
has been hired to attend the secretarial functions and use her designer experience
