ivWATCH monitors
IT systems and operations around the clock to enable quick action in connection
with breakdowns - an efficient solution at little cost.
We install the monitoring
system interVIEW on the customer server as requested and deliver a solution that
is ready to use.
ivWATCH
is installed on the servers that are to be monitored and the program generates
a message to interVIEW in case of deviations from normal condition.
The
data are shown on a monitor, e.g. an administrator desk, which has access to tools
for information, analysis and triggering the right action. ivWATCH
keeps an eye on the system, program and security logs from where it receives the
information that is to trigger the alarms. Monitoring
can be done unmanned. Monitoring
of servers with interVIEW saves time as all messages from interVIEW can be sent
as SMS messages to the authorised persons. An
efficient service agreement ensures our customer 24-hour contact with one of our
technicians.
