Web access

The webservice provides remote access to data in interVIEW Alarm Monitoring Software. This service is avilable in two editions.

Remote test of systems by web

Web access allows remote testing of systems by making use of a standard smartphone, PDA or laptop. The technician or service employee may test a security system remotely without operating interVIEW or without being in direct contact with the operator of interVIEW because the test facilities are available with the web access.

This enhances the service tasks.

The technician uses his smartphone, PDA or laptop to:

• Enabling service at the security system
• Browse relevant data
• View eventlog related to the service period
• Recieve credentials/codes via SMS
• View the transfer of alarm signals from the security system to interVIEW

The digitization of the workflow will reduce the number of telephone conversations between technician/service employee and the operator serving interVIEW. Operators control the process digitally rather than by telephone.

API web service

API web service provides access to data in interVIEW. Available data depends on credentials. The layout can be adjusted.

Following data is available by web service:

• Detailed information
• List of end users and their information
• Contacts and Contact Lists
• Alarm procedures
• Overview of the system setup such as Burglary Zones
• Complete alarm log
• Request codes per SMS

Web access is protected by configuring a Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) and using interVIEW Pass Card.
