Courses & Training
As we want our customers to truly benefit from all the opportunities offered by our solutions, we provide training courses for both new as well as existing customers.
This ensures that our customers have a positive experience of interVIEW, ensuring that our customers can operate and maintain the system. Courses usually comprise 2-4 of the customer's designated super users and can be held at Innovative or at the customer.
Our courses offer the following benefits:
- Your personnel responsible for implementing and maintaining interVIEW are trained to use all the opportunities in the system
- Sharing knowledge between you and us ensures a thorough system implementation
- Workshops provide opportunities for testing suggestions
- Our project managers - in cooperation with the customer – ensure that the system is fully operational on all levels
Refresher Courses
To keep our customers up to date on all existing and new features in interVIEW, we offer Refresher Courses, which are held as required, either with us, where we invite more customers at the same time or at customer sites.
