Transmit information and alarms

With interVIEW Alarm Monitoring Software, its possible to send information or alarms. When an alarm is received, interVIEW can automatically send information to contact persons via SMS or email. Also, personnel can be called automatically via digital pagers or radio systems.

SMS from the Alarm Monitoring Software

The SMS module provides information to persons or data to other systems. Whan an alarm is received, SMS are send automatically to contact persons by their cell phone or call-system.

The operator can control systems remotely via SMS. GPS tracking devices for people and vehicles are activated upon requirement.

We provide SMS modems and we ensure compatibility and offers technical support. SMS modems are connected directly to the interVIEW PC or by the LAN. More SMS modems can ce installed for primary and backup usage.

E-mail from the Alarm Monitoring Software

With the E-mail module, operators can send information to persons or send status to other systems. Based upon alarms, interVIEW can automatically send e-mails to contact persons. SMTP server access is required

Phone System and Auto Dial

With Auto Dial, the operator dial contact persons by using the mouse. We recommend the windows based TAPI (Telephone Application Program Interface). Other Autodial interfaces are available such as Call Guide from Telia, Softphone from TDC and Centile.

Controllers

From interVIEW, controller relays can be turned on in order to open gates, turn on lights or similar. The controller relays are connected directly to the interVIEW PC or by LAN.

interVIEW can remote activate an Intrusion Alarm Central Unit or similar. The remote activation requires a two-way communications standard in both the alarm transmitter build into the Central Unit and in the communication line towards interVIEW.
