ivNotes is a software-based information system that ensures that information reaches the right people and an effective knowledge sharing across the meeting times and job function, i.e. operators.

When it is vital that information is distributed then traditional communication methods may be inadequate. ivNotes offers values ​​from more information methods like chat, sticky notes, e-mail and bulletin board in a single digital system. It is designed to control centers where there are stringent requirements for internal sharing of information.

 

Messages shared with ivNotes

When an operator sends a note (message), this may be immidiate or time controlled and even for specific PC with ivNotes. New messages may be announced by automatic activation of acoustic signals by a relay connected to the PC or network.

ivNotes ensures that information is shared effectively with the following options:

  • Big Screens, for announcing important messages (Marquee)
  • Information can be shared (bulletin board)
  • Messages can be sent to selected PCs (email capability)
  • Important information can be assigned priorities and require a confirmation of receipt
  • Information can be time controlled by a calendar
  • Information can be answered quickly (chat)

 

Police use ivNotes

ivNotes is used on police stations, Police Service Centers (114) and on the Danish Emergency Call Centre (Alarm 112) - a total of 140 operator seats in a large integrated system.

By using a common platform, Alarm 112 and the Police have integrated their vital communication. They benefit from:
