Emergency CallsEmergency call from care call systems, elevators and other systems can be received as alarms in interVIEW. When an emergency call is received, interVIEW display information about the person, company, address and a procedure which describe what actions the operator must make. Operator handles the alarm in the same manner as all other alarms, providing consistency and efficiency.
Receive emergency calls from any care call systemCare call systems can be integrated with interVIEW alarm software. When activating the emergency system, an automatic call is done to interVIEW. An alarm is displayed in the alarm queue, and the operator can process the alarm in the same way as any other alarm types. interVIEW display all details of the emergency, including personal information, address, contact persons. With a VoIP module the call is directed to the operators emergency telephone.
Elevator alarmsElevator alarms and elevator emergency calls are monitored with interVIEW. Just as any other alarm. The unified process and automated test capability lets the operator focus on the emergencies only.
TechnologyEmergency Calls can be received by different transmission technologies including: IP, PSTN, ISDN, DTMF. For IP-based emergency calls we provide interVIEW with a telephone central such as 3CX and a VoIP solution.
