Elevator alarms and monitoring of lifts

With interVIEW Alarm Monitoring Software, the Control Centers can monitor alarms from an elevator or lift. The uniformed alarm handling process and embedded automation makes monitoring of elevators easier without adding complex workload.

Elevator Alarms are handled in the same manner as all other alarms in interVIEW. 

The operator uses interVIEW to receive and handle an elevator alarm while talking to the person in the elevator. 

The solution consists of a VoIP Module and telephone protocols, including:

• Antenna (CPC)

• Dansk hustelefon Piper Solo
• Dansk hustelefon Portal
• ETS Hiss
• ABP TeleTech (TSA)
• ABP TeleTech+ (TSA), EU-version
• Voicelogger

Every 24 hours, interVIEW automatically verifies that all elevators/lifts function properly. Elevator systems transmit their status once a day to interVIEW and if a positive status is missing, interVIEW will generate an alarm and can automatically forward the alarm to the relevant contact person by SMS or e-mail.
