Architecture

The architecture of interVIEW alarm monitoring software is designed to handle large amounts of data while maintaining maximum reliability. It consists of server, clients, communications server (concentrator), SQL database and is designed for Windows.

interVIEW is expandable with add-on modules and interfaces. All features are integrated into the software, making it easy to deploy and use in one unified platform.

Software architecture

• The database is Sybase SQL which is a modern relational database, suitable for handling large amounts of data. Data can be extracted for reporting and statistics.
• Concentrator is a communication program which use protocols to communicate with external equipment. The concentrator integrates to most available alarm receivers.
• interVIEW server consists of services and watch dogs, which ensures high stability and performance.
• interVIEW client is the user interface developed in Borland Delphi. The Client software contains all functionality available according log-in rights.
