Alarm112 is an alarm software that ensures a fast, accurate and precise warning procedure for the 112 - emergency calls. Immediately when the call is received, the alarm operator is presented with the relevant information both in the alarm queue and on our digital map. The operator can then add information and - with a single keystroke - forward the emergency information to the responsible public emergency agency. The system automatically returns a receipt confirming that the transfer has been completed.

The operator can continue the conversation with the citizen, while receiving further information to ensure the best possible efforts. The new information is automatically forwarded to the authorities, who have already been dispatched the accident site.

Alarm 112 allows the operator to focus on the emergency, while ensuring an efficient alerting to the responsible emergency response. This improves the service for the citizen and a substantially reduced response time.

Alarm 112 requests data from an online public service, a digital street database and uses predefined regions to ensure optimal alerting.
