The flexibility and many features in interVIEW enables the Alarm receiving Center, the Alarm Monitoring Station and the Central Monitoring Station to monitor many different alarm types. interVIEW integrates to hundreds of alarm receivers using interfaces, by which virtually all types of signals and alarms can be received and processed (e.g. Surgard and RC-4000).

Selected systems that can be monitored: Intrusion, Fire, Elevators/lifts, Condition & Control, Mobile Alarms/personal protection devices, Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL), emergency calls, care calls etc.

Alarm handling at the Alarm Receiving Center

interVIEW easily monitors multiple alarms simultaneously, while keeping the alarm handling process simple and intuitive for the operators. Alarm queues clearly display alarms by priority, so that the operator's attention is immediately drawn to high priority alarms. Based on the alarm, interVIEW automatically presents the operator with the correct instructions and list of actions for handling the specific alarm.

Alarm verification at the Alarm Receiving Center

The operator can verify alarms to ensure a proper and qualified response. Specific and detailed instructions guide the operator to correctly verify an alarm situation, including additional confirmations by phone, reception of additional alarms from other zones or visual confirmation using video.

interVIEW can stream live video feeds or display still images taken before, during and after an alarm. interVIEW seamlessly integrates alarm information with video/pictures into one unique platform, providing the operator with the best possible tools for separating false alarms from real alarms.

Alarm Dispatch from the Alarm Receiving Center

interVIEW can dispatch alarms between Alarm Receiving Centre or forward information to contacts via text messages or e-mails, both manually and automatically. If the ARC provides its own guards, the operator can dispatch alarms directly to a Garmin GPS terminal in the guard vehicle.
