Alarm Receiver

interVIEW Alarm Monitoring Software can monitor any kinds of alarms and signals by integrating to an Alarm Receiver and other receiving equipment and transmission media.

Integration to Alarm Receiver

interVIEW integrates with the most widespread alarm receivers. We continuously develop new interfaces and protocols to integrate with new alarm receivers. All alarm receivers with an open interface description can be integrated.

IP Alarm Receiver

interVIEW can receive alarms transmitted via Internet Protocol (IP). The software based IP Alarm Receiver is installed on a PC and provides the following interfaces:

• SIA DC09
• SOAP (XML)
• e-mail

interVIEW also provides integrating with other IP Alarm Receivers by interfaces.

SMS Alarm Receiver

Any kind of SMS based alarms or signals are received in interVIEW with an SMS interface that act as SMS Alarm Receiver. The format is adjustable. In addition to alarms, interVIEW can receive GPS positions from virtually any device (e.g. Mobile Alarms).

We continuously develop new protocols and update existing protocols. Please see the list of current SMS interfaces.

Transmission media

interVIEW supports the majority of transmission media and communication technologies, inlcuding IP, SMS (GSM), ADSL, PSTN, GPRS.

Alarms via alarm dispatch

With an incoming Alarm Dispatch Interface, alarms from external systems can be received by interVIEW. Learn more from Alarm Dispatch module.
